Rachel Armistead, ARNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology. She cares for patients with a range of heart conditions, including atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Rachel brings a strong clinical background to her practice, including five years of experience as a bedside nurse in the cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU), and focuses on providing thoughtful, patient-centered cardiac care. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and children, skiing and hiking.
