Pushing Past the Limits of Cardiovascular Care

At Pulse Heart Institute, we believe that providing our patients with the most sophisticated and effective cardiovascular treatments and state-of-the-art technology is just the beginning. Our commitment extends beyond today’s medicine. We strive to be leaders in the ongoing research that shapes the future of cardiovascular care. By actively participating in groundbreaking studies and embracing innovation, we play a crucial role in advancing cardiovascular medicine for generations to come.

Expanding Research Through Strategic Partnership

Pulse Heart Institute takes seriously our responsibility to ensure access to state-of-the-art and beyond-state-of-the-art cardiovascular care to patients from throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond, who we are privileged to take care of in our communities. We were born out of a 2016 partnership with MultiCare built with a radical idea: to comprehensively support patients and clinicians so that they can participate in research studies without missing a beat in their busy days. This proved popular with both our patients and clinical teams, so in 2025, we took the next logical step: to launch the Pulse Heart Institute Center for Research and Innovation (“PHICRI” or “fih-kree”) to expand cardiovascular research and innovation throughout the region, enabling patients to participate closer to home.

Shaping the Future of Cardiovascular Medicine

Our mission is clear: to remain at the forefront of cardiovascular research and innovation, delivering not only exceptional medical care but also hope and improved outcomes for our patients. By fostering partnerships and embracing progress, Pulse Heart Institute continues to push the boundaries of what is possible in heart health.

Our cardiovascular studies encompass a wide range of therapeutic areas, reflecting our commitment to comprehensive research and patient care.

By investigating these diverse therapeutic areas, Pulse Heart Institute is able to deliver cutting-edge solutions and make meaningful advancements in cardiovascular medicine.

Our researchers are continuously adding studies to our panel, so please check back often to learn of new studies that have been added.
