Lori Reyes, DNP, ANP-BC, is a board-certified adult nurse practitioner specializing in heart failure and pulmonary hypertension. She has more than 10 years of experience in cardiology and cares for adults with complex cardiac conditions.
Lori is committed to patient advocacy, education and evidence-based care. Her background as a social worker continues to shape how she partners with patients. She takes time to understand the whole person, explain care plans clearly, and support informed decision-making. She values the direct, meaningful impact that nursing has on patients’ health and well-being and strives to make each visit both supportive and practical.
