David Bragin-Sanchez, MD, FACC, FESC, FISC, joined MultiCare Rockwood Clinic in 2016. He received a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Puerto Rico in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, San Juan, PR. He trained in cardiovascular disease at the University of Puerto Rico and advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Dr. Bragin-Sanchez is licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board and Puerto Rico Board of Medical Examiners. He served as President of the Puerto Rican Society of Cardiology and is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine in cardiovascular disease, advanced heart failure, and transplant cardiology. He is also a fellow of the Interamerican and European Society of Cardiology, as well as the American College of Cardiology. He is a fluent speaker of both English and Spanish.
