Practice Philosophy:

I strongly believe in patients being well informed about their options and what to expect before and after an operation under my care. Often patients only absorb some of the information that is delivered to them during a doctor’s visit. I feel it is my responsibility to make sure that this knowledge gap gets closed. I am available to my patients and families throughout their healthcare journey as a resource.

I have earned many accolades throughout my career, but my most treasured are those for exceptional patient satisfaction. I have been voted a top thoracic surgeon in both Washington and California and my patients satisfaction scores are consistently high.
